Returns and Refund Policy

If you wish to return any item that you have purchased from us, you can return the item in its original condition within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

To enable us to handle your return as quickly as possible, please follow the simple instructions below:

  1. Return the item sending us a note detailing the reason for the return and include your order number. Please also include your email address.
  2. Pack the item securely and address it to: Logoxpres Ltd, 4 Kings Court, Glentye Road, Broadleys Business Park, Stirling, FK7 7LH.
  3. It is recommended that when you return the parcel you obtain a proof of posting receipt or use an insured delivery service. Logoxpres Ltd. cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive without a proof of postage.
  4. Return the items directly to us in person at our shop at 4 Kings Court, Glentye Road, Broadley’s Business Park, Stirling, FK7 7LH. Our opening times are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

We will notify you via email when we have processed your return and refunded your money. This may take up to 7 working days from receipt of the returned item.

 

Wrongly Delivered, Defective or Damaged Goods

If you receive items which are damaged or defective or not what you ordered, we shall replace or repair the goods, or refund the amount you paid for the items. You are required to notify us of the problem by email at sales@logoxpres.co.uk within 5 working days of delivery of the goods. We will make arrangements for the collection of the damaged, defective or wrongly issued garments. There will be no delivery charge to you for resending damaged or wrong goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Payment

We accept payment by most major recognised card companies.

Your Payment Card is debited at the time of placing your order.

We shall not process any orders until we receive confirmation of payment.

All payments are transacted through our secured payment provider Sagepay

Your Right to Cancel

You can cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days following the day on which you receive your order and receive a full refund.

You must inform us by email of your cancellation of the order at sales@logoxpres.co.uk

Goods must be returned in their original condition and product packaging. Please note that no refund will be given for return postage.
